FABER APARTMENT

The FABER apartment has been specially designed with art and music in mind.
It is located on the first floor and has an attractive external patio with a fountain for the use of the guests.

The interiors have been completely renovated, preserving the original materials and layout of the house: the exposed stone walls, together with the wooden ceiling beams, ceramic floors and warm colours, create a unique and welcoming environment, with Provençal furniture to add a romantic, vintage atmosphere. The reference to music and art is emphasised by the musical instruments and paintings inside the house. Two other small terraces with views of the surrounding landscapes can be accessed from inside the house, for the exclusive use of the guests in the apartment.

The LUAR apartment is on the second floor. Its name, which is Portuguese

for “Moonlight”, gives an idea of the brightness of the rooms and the apartment’s main feature: a 360° view from the mountains to the sea.

The apartment perfectly combines the old structure of the house with modern furnishings and contrasting colours to provide an evocative atmosphere. It also has a terrace where you can take in a view of the landscape on one side, and the village of Altino on the other.

The “TAVERNETTA” is located on the ground floor and has been set up as the welcome centre for newly arrived guests, but also as a common area where guests can meet, read, chat and spend time.

If needs be, the Tavernetta can accommodate two guests on a comfortable double sofa bed. They will have a private bathroom and shared kitchen with the Faber apartment in case of necessity with a group of people up to 5.
It is in a typical tavern style, with restored antique doors, tables and handmade traditional objects of the Abruzzo region.
On the “welcome desk”, guests will have a wide range of leaflets and information on activities, places of interest, events, bars and restaurants on offer in the surrounding area.

Guests may take advantage of the beautiful garden opposite the apartments to eat breakfast, lunch and dinner, or to relax in the sun in the hammock or on the sun lounger.

You also have the use of a wood-burning oven and barbecue to satisfy the taste buds and sample authentic local food with total autonomy and privacy.
